Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 Middle School Teams

All sales are final and no refunds will be available. Once payments are made, we immediately start paying for tournaments, gear, travel, etc...

High School Team Registration

Please understand that once your athlete is registered and the payment process has begun, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Once payments began, flights, hotel bookings, tournament costs, and gear orders start to happen right away, and each and every one of those purchases are non-refundable as well.
